"After receiving a sharp increase in our USAA homeowners' renewal policy, I performed an online portal analysis through your company's website for a comparison rate. Once the online audit was completed I was instructed to contact your office directly for a quote. The associate who answered my call was extremely kind and professional; she transferred me to Eric Elder. Erik is extremely knowledgeable; he accessed our information in the portal and quickly discussed our homes parameters and was able to lock us in with coverage we need. Erik further discussed discounts available for us if we were to transfer our automobiles coverage. In the last 18 years we had only insured our autos through USAA.
